Format: WAV
Quality: 24 bit 44.1 kHz mono / stereo

Description: Sean Hutchinson has toured and recorded with the Bleachers since 2014 and has been active in the New York music scene since 2007. For this release, he recorded a bunch of drum breaks in his Brooklyn studio, influenced by his jazz background, experience in pop and indie rock performances. The Splice Originals team then ran the sounds through an Ampex 440-B tape machine for proper compression at 7.5 ips. The result is awesome drums that beat in richness, grain, and unique lo-fi character.
In performing this package, Sean combined inspiration from jazz icons such as Brian Blade, Alvin Jones and Art Blakey with contemporary performers from a variety of genres such as Matt Chamberlain, Jim Keltner and Aaron Sterling.
