Quality : 24 bit 44.1 kHz stereo

Description : CINEMATRIX – your new companion for trailer music. CINEMATRIX contains truly unique and inspirational sounds. This modern cinema module for KONTAKT contains 350 different sets that can be played in tandem in four categories (Bass, Melody, Ambience and Groove). These kits are built using 1,300 24-bit WAV files. All loops can be played polyphonically with a time stretch and an interval of two octaves (24 semitones). Each piece has its own color range on the keyboard. You can also play loops cut using the “SLICE” button on the sequencer tab. There are special trigger keys that allow you to restart the currently playing track (when the sequencer is turned on) or to launch “trancegate” for each part.
Mixer Tab – Here you can mix and match individual loops (parts). The top LCD display shows the current set or simply “— USER —” if you modified it (loaded another loop). You have 4 LCD displays that show the current (loaded) loop. From there, you can choose different loops or let CINEMATRIX choose new ones by pressing the “R” (randomize) buttons. The randomization buttons have different functions depending on which of the keys you press at the same time:
– NO KEY: selects a random loop from the list of loop parts.
– SHIFT: randomizes the parameters on the FX and EDIT page and selects a random FX preset.
– ALT / OPTION: selects a random loop in all four parts at the same time.
– SHIFT + ALT / OPTION: selects a random loop from all parts + randomizes the values of the FX and EDIT tabs (random FX preset).
NOTE. When you press SHIFT and ALT / OPTION on the first randomization button on the mixer page (BASS section), it will change the state of the sequencer randomly (on or off) and select a random preset of the sequencer for all four parts.
SOLO buttons can be used for individual parts. When you press any SOLO button with CONTROL / COMMAND or SHIFT, any active solo is deactivated.
For almost all controls, you can press ALT / OPTION and adjust the value for all parts at the same time. (This will always be indicated in the KONTAKT info window). CONTROL / COMMAND will reset values. SHIFT is designed for fine tuning.
The SPACE knobs set the amount of convolution reverb for the selected part. (The “SPACE” toggle button must be enabled on the FX tab).
FX buttons can be used to enable or disable FX sections for parts.
The SEQ buttons will enable / disable the sequencer for each part.
Editing tab – The EDIT page allows you to customize the settings for each of the four parts. CINEMATRIX supports loop speed control for each part. (half, normal, double speed and freeze). You have a modifying filter with a slice and a resonance, an amplifier and an envelope filter, a modulation wheel assignment (volume, pass filters), a pitch range, and a tire compressor, tape saturation and stereo width adjustments.
FX Tab – CINEMATRIX comes with an extensive built-in FX section. In addition to the most basic effects, such as auto-panorama, flanger and delay, you also get some interesting effects:
STEP FILTER is a tempo-synchronized filter that randomly changes the cutoff frequency. AMOUNT controls the volume of the slice. STEP GATE – classic “trancegate”. In the middle are the on / off buttons for various effect sections. On the right is a preset menu with 32 presets and a randomization button that selects a preset randomly.
SPACE REVERB comes with 60 pulses that you can select from the drop-down menu. This convolution reverb is available for every part!
Tab SEQ – Perhaps the most interesting in CINEMATRIX. Each part has a 2 x 32-step sequencer that allows you to not only control the offset of each sample, but also the loop offset. Thus, it basically loads 32 loops on each piece into RAM, and then you can choose which one to play. (That gives really interesting results in the shortest possible time!). In addition, each part has 32 presets (along with the “R” button), a speed control (1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16), buttons for the start and end of the offset step + SLICE and the GATE button:
– GATE button: If the current step in the first sequencer is 0, at this point it will not lose the loop. (Required for some presets.)
– SLICE button: Allows you to play the first 24 fragments on the keyboard of the selected loop chromatically. (“AKAI-Style”).
It will then use the default pitch, which you can change with the SEMI knobs on the mixer tab.
