Publisher : Orchestral Tools
Website : orchestraltools
Format : KONTAKT 5.8.1+
Quality : 24 bit 48 kHz stereo

Description : The Orchestral Grands offers you two masterpiece pianos – Steinway D and Steinway B. Both are designed for orchestral use and were recorded on one of the best-sounding Teldex scenes in Berlin. These wonderful pianos are ready to bring wonderful complementary colors to your symphonic compositions.
We were very attentive to the placement of these instruments, capturing the amazing acoustics of the scene in its amazing depths and shimmering heights. The many RRs on sustain and staccato will help you create more realistic results in rhythmic, percussion and endless passages.
For deeper and more emotional performances, we offer an emotionally crafted solo piano. Carefully edited with a special analogue chain (Chandler Zener Limiter, A-Design´s Hammer EQ, Electrodyn 501 preamps), the Sustain Grand is a very delicate addition to the Orchestral Grands collection.
Choose between microphone positions (Decca Tree with M50s), mid-range microphones and very close microphones to make The Orchestral Grands fit perfectly into your orchestral environment. The Sustaining Grand provides a single close microphone position.
Orchestral Grands offers a huge range of different dynamic layers. 4 recorded dynamic layers + additional transition dynamics provide flexible and smooth dynamic characteristics.
