The original 1176 compressors are known for their fast attack, punchy sound and ability to add
density and resistance to a wide range of sound sources. The SA-76 not only replicates these classic characteristics,
but it also has a set of modern features and controls to take your sound to the next level.Homecalling/Timebomb has been fixed and the plugin is now completely disabled from internet access.
Original regulators:
All original 1176 controls are available – in/out, attack and release, as well as ratio options of 4, 8, 12, 20 and ALL.
Gain Linking:
Use the unique Gain Linking feature to automatically adjust the output signal as the input signal is adjusted.
Stereo Width:
Use our stereo width control to control the width of the plugin’s output signal.
Mixing dry and wet:
Use the Mix control to mix dry and wet signals.
External sidechain:
Use an external signal to modulate the compressor – we’ve also included a high pass filter on the side chain input for further creative control.
Saturation:
Add even more warmth and character to the output with the included Saturation algorithm.
