A line of plug-ins based on existing hardware products. It includes a compressor, an equalizer, a microphone preamplifier and a channel strip plug-in that combines all three.
First of all, there is a compressor 7X-500 FET, which according to Lindell has its own look at the classic “1176-sound.” The PEX-500 is a Pultec-style equalizer that produces “silk” treble and punchy low frequencies, while the 6X-500 emulates a mono / stereo channel transformer, and also has a combined preamplifier and a passive 2-band equalizer.
