Our flagship orchestral strings library , T okyo Scoring Strings , combines innovative legato and brilliant workflow with the perfection and flexibility of the world-renowned Japanese ensemble Koichiro Muroya Strings. It is a well-designed studio strings library that can handle all genres, especially Japanese-style music. T okyo Scoring Strings is a powerful and easy-to-use instrument that allows you to easily realize almost any score.
With a newly rebuilt engine from the ground up, T okyo Scoring S trings offers even more versatile and natural-sounding legato, new articulations, an improved Lookahead, an ensemble patch, and much more.

About the Library :
In a crowded field of string instrument libraries, T okyo S coring S trings stand out with their unique sound, unusual technology, and exceptionally simple workflow.
When creating T okyo Scoring S trings , we wanted this library to be fun, inspiring and easy to use, but powerful enough to create truly realistic, believable performances. We put a lot of effort into polishing and refining our legato so that it sounds completely natural and realistic, no matter whether you are writing expressive or fast passages.
T okyo Scoring S trings offer you incredibly precise control, as well as an exceptional level of detail and the ability to simulate an even wider range of performance thanks to expanded articulations.
World-class studio sound, endless mixing possibilities.

Choose from the following three mic mixes, or create your own from four separate mic positions.
• Board Mix : A pre-mix by Mitsunori Aizawa using his hardware at Sound City
• Anima Mix : A light and airy mix best suited for flexible and complex writing
• Cinema Mix : A dark and smooth mix suitable for cinematic scores and low chorales
The individual mic signals in the Mic Mixer patch are:
• Close : a very dry mono signal that can be used to add more detail
• Decca : a decca tree mic arrangement using a cardioid mic
• Side : an outriggers signal that provides a wider stereo image than decca
• Back : ribbon mics aimed at the wall, with a darker tone that can be used to add warmth

Note for Tokyo Scoring Strings 1.0 users : In Tokyo Scoring Strings 2.0, the Close microphone position has been redesigned to provide a closer, more focused sound. The Surround and Room positions have been removed in favor of the Side and Back positions , which provide more contrast.
