The first package from Loops for Good, “Enchanted Thailand & Burma”, contains sounds that were recorded when David traveled to Southeast Asia to produce his Karuna album. Due to the ongoing political crisis in Burma / Myanmar, Thailand is home to over a million Burmese refugees. David has partnered with local musicians to learn about their culture and support this dysfunctional community. All of the musicians featured in this set have been paid for their art and we are donating 10% of the net proceeds of Thai Freedom House in Chiang Mai to educational programs for Burmese refugee children.
This one-of-a-kind sample set includes many unique instruments from the region, including drums, gongs, flutes, xylophone, violin, harp, cymbals and vocals. Even the names of some of the musicians who played this instrument are included. This is the first pack to feature popular signature sounds from David Starfire’s personal collection of drum hits, bass and Ableton instrument stands that will take your electronic dance music or hip-hop performances to the next level!
This set of samples is full of charm and charm and is beautifully produced, mixed and mastered by David Starfire. Due to the fact that it is mainly recorded in refugee camps, temples and field recordings, this set has a unique character that studio-produced sample sets cannot reproduce.
