Description : The Solina V virtual instrument reproduces all the capabilities of the prototype, but also has quite a few add-ons for a more detailed study of the reproduced sounds. The working window of Solina V can be presented in two modes. In the closed, the original appearance and real-life controls are reproduced. A raised instrument top cap (open mode) gives access to a deeper adjustment of all sound parameters, as well as effects.
The original instrument made it possible to perform bass and solo parts on the same keyboard simultaneously. In the virtual instrument, the division of the manuals into the upper and bass ones is preserved and even acquired extended functionality. The tool can work both in the Split mode and in the Layer mode, and the split point can be changed.
As for the sound, it’s just great. Retro-sounding turns out by itself, but at the same time you can create quite modern timbres. Say, ready-made preset Air String1 even now release for dubbing movies. In general, the timbre of the synthesizer is not limited to ensemble sounds. In particular, a variety of pin-down bass is quite good.
