Description : Bass guitar
The best, most detailed bass we’ve ever created!
If you love the sound of The Beatles bass, this is the bass for you! We used our vintage 60’s RFT 4053 tube mic preamp and a direct signal to deliver that amazing bass.
This bass actually outperforms the Hofner sound thanks to its special Toaster pickups that have great attack and clarity, so you’ll hear that bass even through smaller speakers.
Klira was a German manufacturer of stringed instruments from 1887 to 1982. In the 1960s, Klira was one of the leading German guitar manufacturers, along with its competitors. Klira also produced electric bass guitars, mostly copies of the 500/1 model, also known as The Beatles Bass. In the sixties, Klira achieved its greatest sales success due to the increased demand for electric bass guitars and the expansion of the export business.

We recorded this “bass gem” and skillfully programmed it into the perfect library. The real strength of this bass is its playability. There is no machine gun effect due to the multi-circle repeats. The typical “Beatles Bass Feel” can be felt thanks to the different articulations. The analog sound gives this bass the character and the necessary nuance for realistic performance. This vintage bass is a versatile weapon suitable for modern musical styles.

Key Features :
• Clear and easy-to-use interface
• True multi-circle repeats and articulations (30 alternate samples per key/note)
• Damn simple velocity control for convincing, natural-sounding bass performances; play hard for a more precise attack note, play soft for a slide tone
• Well-thought-out script: modulation wheel for sustain, black C for stopping sustain with humanized bass noises
• Everything is ready to mix (what you hear is what you get)
• Recorded on tape (15 IPS)

We are proud to offer you sounds you won’t find anywhere else!
