Description : Sample library for the Hauptwerk organ emulator
The organ of the Evangelical Church of Zöblitz
(now a district of Marienberg in the German federal state of Saxony, until December 30, 2012 it was an independent city).
Built by the famous organ builder Gottfried Silbermann in 1742.
In 1997 the organ was restored by Rühle Orgelbau (Moritzburg).
During the restoration the original paintwork of the organ façade was restored.
The organ has 20 registers, 2 manuals and a pedal. The range of the manuals is 4 octaves (48 keys)*, the pedal keyboard 2 octaves (24 keys)*.
The organ was recorded and published as a sample library for Hauptwerk by Prospectum in 2013.
*The C-sharp key in the lowest (major) octave is missing on both manuals and the pedal keyboard.
When creating the virtual organ, this key was added artificially using samples of neighboring pipes retuned to the desired tone.
A more detailed description of the organ (in English and German) can be called from the program menu: Organ – Show organ information…

Additional information :
The distribution includes two editions – standard and premium.
The standard edition contains only two audio channels (direct sound) and a range of manual and pedal keyboards as on the original organ,
but with the addition of the missing C-sharp key in the large octave (a total of 49 keys on the manuals and 25 in the pedal).
The premium edition contains four audio channels and an expanded keyboard range of up to 56 keys in the manuals and 30 keys in the pedal.
It also has faders that allow you to change the volume of the front (direct sound) and rear (ambience) channels,
thus adjusting the virtual position of the listener in relation to the organ. In addition, the premium version also adds the OW-PD copula, which is missing in the original organ.
